• You must adhere to the maximum people per unit.  The additional charge of $25.00 per person per day, ($125.00 per week per person), includes children of all ages, over the maximum if not pre-authorized.
  
  
• Pets must be on a leash at all times and owners must "stoop and scoop". Pets are allowed only in designated areas on the beach. There is a $35.00 charge for each violation.
  
  
• There will be an additional $20.00 cleaning fee for cottages with pets.
  
  
• All cottage reservations require $100.00 deposit, refundable with 60 days notice, balance payable on arrival.
  
  
• Summer check in time 3:00 p.m. and check out time 9:00 a.m.
  
  
• All rentals include the use of the canoes and paddle boats.
  
  
• All cottage rentals include propane barbeques.
  
  
• All of the cottages are fully equipped and bed linen is supplied.
  
  
• All cottage rentals are subject to 5% PST & 5% GST.
  
  
• VISA, Mastercard & AMEX are accepted.
